Required Documents

Please carry the following at the time of admission:

  • Valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN / Passport)

  • Previous medical records, prescriptions, investigation reports, and discharge summaries (if any)

  • List of current medications (including dosage)

  • Insurance documents / E-card (if applicable)

Initial Medical Assessment
  • On arrival, the patient undergoes an initial evaluation by the nursing and medical team

  • Vital signs, clinical history, and immediate care requirements are assessed

  • The attending doctor decides the treatment plan and room allocation

Insurance & Cashless Services
  • We accept multiple insurance and TPA providers

  • Our insurance desk assists with:

    • Cashless admission formalities

    • Document verification

    • Claim processing and approvals

  • For non-cashless cases, reimbursement guidance is provided

Financial Assistance
  • Eligible patients may receive guidance on available financial support options

  • Estimated treatment costs are explained clearly before admission

Accommodation Options
  • Patients may choose from:

  • General Ward

  • Semi-Private Room

  • Private Room / Suite

  • (Room allocation is subject to availability and medical requirements.)

During Your Stay

Visiting Hours
  • To ensure patient recovery and safety:

  • General Wards:
    ⏰ 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM
    ⏰ 04:00 PM – 06:00 PM

  • ICU:
    Visitation is limited and permitted only with doctor’s approval

  • 🔔 Only 1–2 visitors are allowed per patient at a time
    🚫 Children are not allowed inside patient areas

  • 24×7 nursing care and medical supervision

  • Regular doctor rounds and patient monitoring

  • Emergency response available at all times

Diet & Nutrition
  • Hygienic, nutritious, and doctor-prescribed meals

  • Special diets provided as per medical condition

  • Outside food is restricted unless permitted by the doctor

Housekeeping & Hygiene
  • Regular cleaning and sanitation of rooms and common areas

  • Biomedical waste disposal as per safety standards

  • Clean and infection-controlled environment

Discharge Process

Doctor’s Approval
  • Discharge is done only after medical clearance by the attending physician

  • Based on patient recovery and stability

Discharge Counseling
  • Before discharge, patients and attendants receive:

  • Medication instructions

  • Follow-up appointment details

  • Diet, activity, and lifestyle advice

  • Warning signs and emergency guidance

Billing & Settlements
  • Final bill summary provided in detail

  • Assistance with:

  • Insurance settlement

  • Pending payments (if any)

Discharge Summary
  • Patients receive:

  • Complete discharge summary

  • Investigation reports

  • Prescriptions and future care instructions
