Sree Krishna Nursing Home (SKNH) provides a secure online Patient Portal to help patients conveniently access their medical documents anytime and from anywhere.
Through this portal, patients can safely view and download their invoices, prescriptions, laboratory reports, and other health-related records without visiting the hospital.

2. Types of Records Available

Patients can access and download the following medical documents through the Patient Portal:

• Invoices, Bills, and Payment Receipts

• Laboratory Test Reports (Blood Tests, Urine Tests, X-Ray, ECG, USG, etc.)

• E-Prescriptions issued by doctors

• Admission and Discharge Records

• Treatment History and Health Records

• Family Member Records linked to the same registered mobile number

3. Eligibility & Mobile Number Policy

• Access to records is provided only through the registered mobile number used during billing, registration, or admission.

• Medical records can be viewed only for patients and family members linked to that registered mobile number.

• SKNH is not responsible for record access issues caused by incorrect or unregistered mobile numbers.

4. Report & Invoice Download Process

To download medical records, patients must follow the steps below:

1. Click on the “Report Download” option on the SKNH Patient Portal.

2. Enter the registered mobile number (same as mentioned on the bill or invoice).

3. Verify the login using the OTP sent to the mobile number.

4. Select the relevant hospital branch.

5. Choose the patient or family member linked to that mobile number.

6. View and download the required documents instantly.

5. Security & Privacy Policy

• The Patient Portal uses OTP-based authentication to ensure secure access.

• All patient data is stored and transmitted through secure, encrypted systems.

• Medical records are shared strictly in accordance with patient confidentiality and privacy standards.

• Patients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their OTP and registered mobile number.

6. Data Accuracy & Availability

• Reports and invoices are available online only after they are officially uploaded and verified by the hospital system.

• In case of any delay due to technical or administrative reasons, patients are requested to contact the Help Desk.

• SKNH reserves the right to update, correct, or restrict access to records if discrepancies are identified.

7. Paperless & Convenience Policy

• The Patient Portal promotes 100% paperless healthcare services.

• Patients are encouraged to download and store digital copies of their records for future reference.

• SKNH may limit the issuance of physical copies once documents are available online.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SKNH shall not be responsible for misuse of downloaded records after access is granted.

• The hospital is not liable for data access issues caused by internet connectivity problems, mobile network failure, or incorrect user inputs.

9. Support & Assistance

If patients face any difficulty in accessing or downloading their medical records, they may contact the SKNH Help Desk during working hours.
Our support team will assist in resolving portal-related issues at the earliest.

SKNH reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice to improve patient service, security, and compliance.
